Account responsibilities

Acceptable use of the service

Use the platform only for lawful, personal gambling. Prohibited activities include cheating, using bots, collusion, money laundering, chargebacks, and abusive behaviour toward staff. Abusive or fraudulent use may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

Bonus and promotion rules

General principles

Bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposits, maximum bet limits and expiry periods apply. Only one active bonus may be used per account where stated. Abuse of promotions may void bonuses and winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Fees and limits

We generally do not charge internal deposit fees but external provider or bank fees may apply. Deposit and withdrawal limits are set for anti-money laundering and risk management and may be adjusted on request or per account status.

Dispute handling

Raise disputes via support channels with supporting documentation. We will review and respond in line with these terms. Final decisions are made in accordance with our published rules and applicable law. Disputes about game outcomes rely on game provider records and RNG results.
